Donna Zorn, the Executive Director of Covenant Keepers, Inc., has been a leader in Covenant Keepers since 1993.  Prior to her role as executive director, Donna served as a deacon for 2 years.  While serving as a leader in Covenant Keepers, her career has been a master’s level marriage and family therapist, specializing in couples and adults.  Donna’s passion to end divorce has fueled her ministry within Covenant Keepers and her counseling practice.  On March 31, 2021, Donna Zorn was ordained a pastor through her congregation, One New Man. Covenant understanding has been a lifeline to Donna and the backbone of her ministry to others.  She loves to tell others about how the Lord has blessed her in her stand for the restoration of her marriage.

Rex Johnson served as a Co-Director of Covenant Keepers Inc. together with his wife, Carolyn for over a decade. When they started married life as teens no one could foresee the issues and strife that would arise leading ultimately to divorce. Even though Rex did not see the guidance of God at the time, over a period of years there was a profound change in his heart. Spiritual and emotional healing coupled with the Grace of God led to the restoration of Rex’s marriage and family. When the opportunity arose and the Board of Trustees asked Rex and Carolyn to assume leadership of the ministry that had been instrumental in their marriage restoration there was no hesitation. Rex continues to serve Covenant Keepers, Inc. as a volunteer.

Carolyn Johnson served as a Co-Director of Covenant Keepers Inc. together with her husband, Rex. They started marriage one year into college life. They had what looked like a successful marriage, but it was actually a decaying marital mess that ended in divorce. Carolyn quickly found Covenant Keepers and began the process of working on her issues and learned Biblical principles for marriage. Many years later Carolyn and Rex’s marriage was reconciled and they served as Co-Directors of the ministry for over a decade.  Carolyn continues to serve Covenant Keepers, Inc. as a volunteer.
